Legislative changes and employer actions remain beyond our control. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from client non-compliance with our recommendations or changes in legislation after service delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client of PrimePath Consulting, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality regarding consulting strategies and recommendations
• Pay fees according to agreed payment terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice, except where longer notice periods are specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and all client information will be handled in accordance with confidentiality provisions.

Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.
