Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice, except where longer notice periods are specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and all client information will be handled in accordance with confidentiality provisions.
Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.
